This restaurant specialises in Vietnamese Street food and has both meat and vegan dishes.

Here you will find the French/Vietnamese hybrid sandwich called Banh Mi, as well as the noodle soup Pho.

Dosirak Korean and Japanese restaurant

This restaurant serves delicious hot and cold Korean food. They also specialise in Japanese food, however it’s highly recommended to try the Korean dishes here.

They serve typical Korean dishes such as Bibimbap, beef Bulgogi and Naengmyeon. Here you can find traditional Korean soups such as Kimchi-jjigae and Doenjang-jjigae.

If you’re really hungry, then check out the huge bento boxes that they serve which are both Japanese and Korean.

Korean food is usually spicy, hearty and comforting.

Rouan Thai restaurant

Rouan Thai restaurant has officially been voted as one of the best international restaurants in Athens and it most definitely lives up to that title.

This restaurant serves traditional Thai dishes such as Green Thai Curry, Tom Yum soup, Pad Thai and Massaman curry.

It also has other Asian cuisines on the menu, but they truly focus on the spices and delicious flavours that the Thai cuisine has.

As for starters, make sure you order the Salapao steam buns, the prawn dumplings and the curry puffs.

Thai food is usually spicy, light and hearty.

  1. Yum thank you! How is the pho at the Vietnamese place? I grew up in LA and lived in Vietnam briefly so I’m a bit picky.

Ditto on the Korean I could go for some Kimchi soup 🍜😋
