Here’s A Super Easy Veggie Fried Rice Recipe You Can Use

If you’re missing Chinese food, then you can make this easy and healthy version of veggie fried rice.

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 tbsp sesame oil

3 cloves of garlic

1 cup of long or short grain rice

150g of mixed frozen vegetables

Black Pepper

1 tbsp soy sauce

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Serves: 2

Method:

Step. 1: Boil the rice according to its cooking instructions and then drain and cool. Chop the garlic into small pieces.

Step. 2: Heat the sesame oil on a medium heat and cook the garlic for 3 minutes in the oil. Add the frozen vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.

Step. 3: Add the eggs, soy sauce and pepper and mix. Add the rice into the pan, mix and fry for 5 minutes.
