Soup always warms up the heart and belly and can help fight colds. It is always best to make soup from scratch, rather than buying the powdered versions.

You can make a big batch of this freezable chicken tomato soup that is healthy. It has plenty of protein, vitamin C and D in it.

This Greek version of pasta bake is delicious and needs to always be made in a big portion.

You can also freeze this, but in order for it to be freezable, don’t bake it in the oven. Instead just cover it and put it in the freezer and then bake when you want to.

You can always just bake it and keep it refrigerated up to 4 days. It’s delicious hot or cold. Pastitsio is beef mince, thick pasta and bechamel sauce.

Who’d ever thought that peas, potatoes and carrots would be the key ingredients to a delicious stew?

This Greek vegan stew is called Araka Laderos. It is scrumptious and can be made in big patches.

It’s freezable and can last in the fridge for up to 3 days. If you want to make it vegetarian, just add some Feta cheese on top when serving.

If you’re a vegetarian or just trying to cut down on meat, then this veggie lasagna is calling your name. It is filled with calcium, vitamin C and D.

It’s freezable if you don’t bake it and just cover it. If you do want to bake it right away, it can last up to 3 days in the fridge.
