Everybody wants that clean, soft skin and sometimes it can be hard to maintain it.
Some skin products can irritate the skin or may not even deliver results.
Here are some factors to keep in mind in order to change that.

Get your daily vitamin C
Vitamin C is really good for your skin since it is rich in antioxidants that is good for the collagen.
It is good to include ingredients such as oranges, bell peppers, kale, spinach and broccoli in your diet.
You need vitamin E too
Vitamin E plays an important part as an antioxidant for you skin, since it boosts your immune system and skin health.
Avocados, olive oil, almonds, almond milk and sunflower seeds are examples of foods that are rich in vitamin E.

Quench your thirst
Lay off sugary drinks and alcohol; it can actually cause a bad break out.
If you want orange juice, make sure it’s fresh and not store bought. Try to drink as much water as you can throughout the day, since it helps clear your skin.
It is also beneficial to drink herbal teas such as green tea, since it is also filled with antioxidants and antimicrobial properties.
Keep it natural
Try to make a natural face mask once or twice a week.
Here is a suggestion for a face mask:
1 tbsp tumeric
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp olive oil
You mix them all together and lay it thinly on your face. Leave it for 15-20 minutes and then wash off with warm water.
These ingredients include antibacterial properties, help clean the skin and are rich in antioxidants.
