100g Arla garlic fresh cheese
3 chicken sausages
100g tinned chopped tomatoes
100g penne pasta
1 medium red onion
1 tsp sunflower oil
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Serving: 4 people
Step.1: Heat 1 tsp of sunflower oil on a low heat in a shallow frying pan. Cut the sausages into medium sized chunks and the onion in thin slices. Add them to the frying pan.
Step.2: Let the sausages and onion cook for 5 minutes, add the garlic fresh cheese, tinned tomatoes, then season with salt and pepper.
Step.4: Let the, sauce simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Step.5: Meanwhile, heat the pasta according to the cooking instructions and cook until it is Al dente. Once the pasta is ready, mix the sauce with the pasta and let it set together for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
