This is a simple and hearty recipe that you can enjoy on cosy day in.
1 jar of tomato pasta bake sauce
1 packet of orzo pasta
2 cans of tuna
1 ball of mozarella
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe: Serves 4-6 Prep time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes
Step 1. Cook the orzo pasta in boiling water, according to the instructions on the packet. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2. Once the orzo is cooked, place it in a roasting tin along with the two cans of drained tuna. Add salt and pepper for seasoning.
Step 3. Pour the jar of pasta bake sauce all over the orzo and tuna, then mix it up. Make sure that the sauce covers everything.
Step 4. Wash and cut the tomatoes in big chunks and scatter on top. Cut the mozzarella and then scatter all over. Place in the oven and let it cook for 30 minutes. Once it is ready, serve immediately and enjoy.
