This market is open from Wednesday to Friday and is always packed with people. You will find a variety of cuisines here; from Polish to Moroccan, all with traditional and fresh dishes for you to try. Take your pick from the selection of cold cut meats, creamy or nutty cheeses and pickled jam, from different freshly grown farms in the UK. If you have a sweet tooth then make sure you try gooey and heavenly brownies from the food stall ‘Bad Brownie’.

Borough Market – Southwark, London, United Kingdom

This market has been around since the thirteenth century and it still stands today. Borough Market is known for the excellent gourmet food stalls that is still admired by many. Don’t be surprised if you see a massive queue outside the ‘Brindisa’ stand, as everyone is besotted with their infamous barbecue meat rolls. Not only do they have delicious food stands, but they also have stands that sell organic bread loaves, giant wheels of cheeses, olive oils and a selection of freshly cut meat and fish. Borough Market is open from Monday to Saturday.
