If you have a sweet tooth you won’t need to cut out chocolate completely, just cut down on the intake and trade up for dark chocolate instead. It is good for your heart as it can lower your blood pressure. So it’s the perfect treat for winding down! Not only is it good for your heart, but it is also good for your brain. It can make you feel more positive and happier as it helps your brain release endorphins. It is also filled with antioxidants and can help control your blood sugar.


Apples are one of the best fruits to eat, especially if you’re trying to loose weight. Apples are also great for the teeth. It lowers the levels of bacteria which can reduce tooth decay, due to the fact that when you bite and chew on an apple it encourages the saliva in your mouth. With the amount of fiber in apples, it can help lower cholesterol. It can also help you maintain and loose weight as it is high in fiber which burns fat and fills you up.
